GroupWise Video Conferencing Banner

The purpose of this guide is to assist system administrators of GroupWise to implement the GroupWise Video Conferencing Add-on developed and supported by NETCB. The Add-on for GroupWise will only work with the GroupWise 18 or later Windows client. The Add-on however should work on older versions of the GroupWise client but it will not be supported.

Note

The current version of the GroupWise Video Conferencing Add-On is Version 1.5.

Supported Video Conferencing Platforms

The GroupWise Video Conferencing Add-on will allow users of GroupWise to schedule meetings in GroupWise that will include the Video Conference Meeting Room details from the following Video Conferencing Platforms:

Video Conferencing Platform Details
Zoom Zoom is a subscription based service. You will need at least one Zoom subscription. Users without a subscription will have their meetings restricted to 40 minutes.
