Get support when stuck
If you experience any difficulties at any point during the set up, configuration and deployment process, we request that you submit a support ticket to NETCB. This can be done by sending an e-mail message to firstname.lastname@example.org, or visit our Online Support Portal from where you will be able to register and open a support ticket. Make sure to include detailed information about the problem experienced, and attach any screenshots if possible about the problem you are experiencing. Please DO NOT share any password information when you open a support ticket.
